Job summary

Community Health Center of Snohomish County is seeking a physician to provide medical care to patients of all ages in a team with clinic providers and support staff. You will diagnose and treat, develop sound care plans, and practice within Washington state licensing and scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MD or DO from accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy.
• Completion of accredited residency program in family practice, internal medicine, or pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical care to all age groups in accordance with state licensure and scope.
• Works as part of a clinical team with providers and support staff.
• Develops diagnostic and treatment plans and appropriate follow-up.
