Qualifications

• MD degree completed and licensed in MA.
• Three years residency in Family Medicine.
• Board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Maintains MA license and DEA registration.
• Admitting privileges at local hospitals when required.
• Credentialing for major insurers.
• Fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Vietnamese.
• Serves underserved, culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within area of expertise.
• Maintain culturally and linguistically sensitive practice.
• Design a care plan with patient and family collaboration.
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate.
• Review charts and ensure treatment plans are followed.
• Collaborate with team on education and rehabilitation.
• Serve rotation for on-call schedules.
• Support quality monitoring with CHC administration.
