About the Role
We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join Ursamin’s Advisory Board. In this part-time role, you will help shape the clinical direction of the platform and expand its reach among practices, health systems, and payers.
Responsibilities include:
● Advocate for Ursamin within your professional network and support physician onboarding
● Provide clinical expertise on patient panel management requirements, and handling high and rising risk patients more effectively with digital health tools
● Help refine care coordination workflows and platform features
● Offer input on evidence-based guidelines and digital health integration
● Assist with strategic relationships in primary care medical groups.
Qualifications
● Board-certified in Family Medicine (MD or DO; MPH or experience in informatics and workflow optimization preferred)
● Background in chronic disease management, care coordination, or digital health
● Experience with clinical guidelines and policy around data alignment to chronic care requirements
● Interest in proactive, value-based care models and improving patient outcomes
