Bayhealth Medical Center, based in Dover DE, is seeking a dynamic faculty member in the field of Family Medicine to join us as we continue to develop our innovative and highly regarded Family Medicine Residency program. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to have input and make an impact on a program. The program began in 2021 and supports 24 residents. Key features of the position:

100% outpatient practice

Program has significant community involvement

Research opportunities

New and well-equipped resident/faculty clinical offices opened in 2021

Beautiful and well-equipped GME Simulation Center opened in 2022

Significant amount of time in outpatient teaching, precepting and direct patient care

Operates with EPIC(EMR) system

No Weekends

Minimal Telephone only office call
