Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Stevens Point, Wisconsin seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join a team-focused, patient-centered practice. You will deliver comprehensive primary care in an integrated care model, mentoring students and collaborating with Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy, and Dental teams.

The position emphasizes caring for underserved populations, leadership within a supportive group, and ongoing contributions to innovative care strategies in a community health

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with completion of Family Medicine residency
  • Current Wisconsin medical license
  • Board Certification by ABFM or AOBFP
  • DEA registration and BLS certification
  • 2–3 years clinical experience preferred; community health/underserved populations a plus
  • Strong teamwork and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a team-based setting.
  • Collaborate within an integrated care model with Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy, and Dental providers.
  • Mentor students and contribute to educating the next generation of clinicians.
  • Lead and motivate team members to maintain a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute ideas to innovate care solutions improving outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
  • M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
  • Current license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin
  • Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP)
  • DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS Certification)
  • 2‑3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior work in community health or underserved populations preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team‑based integrated care environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient‑centered care

The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (LRP) offers primary medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health care clinicians the opportunity to have their student loans repaid while earning a competitive salary in exchange for serving in urban, rural, or tribal communities with limited access to care. State of Wisconsin loan repayment opportunities may also be available.
