Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, team-based practice. You will provide comprehensive primary care to diverse communities, collaborating with Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy, and Dental teams in an integrated care model.

We value physicians who are licensed in Wisconsin, board-certified in Family Medicine, and committed to prevention, education, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Current Wisconsin medical license to practice.
• ABFM or AOBFP board certification.
• DEA registration and BLS certification.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience; community health experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based integrated care environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered primary care to diverse populations.
• Collaborate in an integrated care model with Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy and Dental providers.
• Mentor students training at Noble to shape the next generation of clinicians.
• Lead and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Contribute ideas to drive innovative care solutions and improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking for:

• M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Current license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin
• Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP)
• DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS Certification)
• 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior work in community health or underserved populations preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based integrated care environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
