2. We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
3. W2 full-time physicians earn an average of $300,000 per year plus benefits.
4. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility with a typical 45-hour work week for full-time roles.
5. Paid training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Requirements:

1. Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
2. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Overview:

1. Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time (minimum 3 days per week).
2. No call or weekend responsibilities.
3. Deliver modern wound management in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
4. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
5. This is a mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.
6. Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
7. Real-time clinical documentation using our proprietary wound-specific EMR during rounds.
8. W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship available.
