Your Goal

This position is responsible for the provision of high-quality clinical care for the patients of Greater Family Health.

How You’ll Help Patients

• Provide high-quality medical care to the patients of Greater Family Health Center in accordance with Specialty Certification and Greater Family Health Policies and Procedures.
• Support all quality initiatives.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Provide leadership, supervision, training, and role modeling to all supportive staff (e.g., NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state rules, regulations, laws, and organizational policies.
• Maintain satisfactory productivity levels.
• Provide on-call coverage and inpatient rounding as appropriate.
• Deliver care in an age-appropriate manner according to your specialty.
• Report to scheduled work sites and shifts on time, prepared to fulfill all responsibilities; locations may change at supervisor’s discretion.
• Engage in training, consultations, and supervision opportunities; respond professionally to directives and feedback; follow the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $219,300-$280,000 based on years of experience.

What You’ll Need

• MD/DO degree or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully complete credentialing and receive full privileges with Greater Family Health.
• Current Illinois State Licensure.
• DEA Certificate.
• Board Certification or actively seeking Board Certification (strongly preferred).
