Family Medicine Physician Salary & Compensation

• Full‑Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000-$500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Family Medicine Schedule

• Part‑Time: 2-3 days per week
• Full‑Time: 4-5 days per week

Family Medicine Physician Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution. Must be board‑eligible.
