Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation and benefits include a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance where applicable, production incentives, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services to improve community health.

• Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, manage specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborate with case management for discharge planning.

• Lead or participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and wider system.

• Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance and support financial integrity.

• Maintain autonomy in practicing and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire or transfer date required.

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
