Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient practice on Long Island. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, no call, with $250K-$400K per year. Requires MD/DO and NY licensure with board certification in Family Medicine.

Lead patient care, perform comprehensive exams, manage EMR documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Join a physician-led group known for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active or eligible board certification in Family Medicine.
• Licensed in New York State or eligible for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and patient-centered.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider delivering high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history taking and physical exams.
• Order and interpret lab results and other diagnostics.
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams for seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses and support staff.
• Ensure HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payer guideline compliance.
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement.
• Contribute to development of a sustainable patient panel.

Compensation:

$250K-$400K per year

Job Type:

Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, No call.

A well-established, physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, is currently seeking to hire a Family Medicine Physician. This practice has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 100% outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history taking and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret lab results and other diagnostic tests
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and support ongoing quality improvement projects.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.

Qualifications:
