Skilled Wound Care in Cincinnati, OH is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and optional part-time options to fit your lifestyle.

You will perform debridement and bedside procedures, manage chronic and complex wounds, use advanced dressings, and collaborate across facilities to follow patients through healing, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background: includes physicians from Internal Medicine or other backgrounds; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsabilités

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.

Family Medicine Physician Salary & Compensation

• Full-Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000 - $500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Family Medicine Schedule

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week

Family Medicine Physician Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Family Medicine physicians, as well as Internal Medicine physicians and surgeons of all backgrounds. No previous wound care or procedural experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
