Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in family medicine
• Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
• Medical Degree
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Provide high-quality care and work collaboratively with other physicians and dedicated patient care teams, including medical directorship
