Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, MN is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial department. Outpatient practice with inpatient pediatric/newborn call coverage of 1:12; OB (non-surgical deliveries) and prenatal care are optional; 4½ workdays; adult call 1:45 by phone.

Attached hospital with 32 beds, 4 ICU, 10 nursery, multispecialty practice, and a generous benefit package including a fully funded pension plan.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• MN Medical License: must obtain if not currently licensed.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary for primary care specialties may range from $231,000 to $319,117. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
