Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team in Atlanta, Georgia.

The role offers a flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment, without on-call responsibilities. The position emphasizes high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative clinical environment, with a compensation package featuring a substantial base salary plus 20-30% incentives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Georgia medical license or eligible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population.
• Perform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness.
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes.
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins.
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions.

Locations:

Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton and Tyrone

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week(Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 weekend every other week:9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities
