A healthcare recruitment firm is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their outpatient team in Dallas, Georgia. This role offers a flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with the care team, all in a supportive and professional environment.

Qualifikationen

• Valid and unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility).
• Ability to provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care.
• Valid Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population.
• Perform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness.
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes.
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins.
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions.

This position offers a flexible, patient-focusedschedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment—without anyon-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is committed to deliveringhigh-quality, comprehensive care and thrives in a collaborative clinicalenvironment.

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week(Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 weekend every other week:9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive,evidence-based primary care to an adult population
