Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a family medicine practice at the Roselawn Clinic in St. Paul, MN.

This 1.0 FTE role offers a flexible schedule in a community-focused clinic serving diverse families, with access to EPIC EMR and Nabla AI for streamlined documentation. The ideal candidate is a PA who is NCCPA certified, licensed in Minnesota (or eligible), and able to obtain DEA certification, with 2+ years in family medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• BC/BE through NCCPA.
• Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privilege.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a family medicine setting.
• Manage patient encounters, with 18–22 visits per day.
• Collaborate with other PCPs and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Utilize Nabla AI for documentation to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
