Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Family Medicine APP (NP/PA) in Elma, WA to join a growing rural primary care team delivering full-spectrum outpatient care across all ages, with focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Qualifications

• NP or PA from an accredited program.
• WA license (or eligibility) required.
• Board certification in FNP, AGPCNP, or PA-C.

• Primary care experience preferred.

• Perform exams, screenings & assessments.
• Diagnose & manage acute/chronic conditions.
