Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Family Medicine NP or PA to join a fast-paced rural primary care clinic in Central Washington. The role offers a competitive salary of $138,000–$160,000 per year with RVU-based bonuses and a weekday four 10-hour shift schedule.

You’ll join a collaborative team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs delivering high-quality, comprehensive care in a community with outdoor recreation and a growing healthcare hub. A generous benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of longitudinal Family Medicine experience.
• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in a primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a rural clinic setting.
• Perform general procedures such as sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal.
• Maintain a busy patient panel with 16–20 patients per shift.
