Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support at a correctional facility in the Pittsburgh area. Start ASAP with night shifts (6pm–6am) on Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday; 80 hours every two weeks.

The provider must hold an active Pennsylvania license; credentialing is 60–90 days, with possibility to work while credentialed. Primary care focus; emergency medicine background preferred.

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Thursday – Saturday, 6pm – 6am and every other Wednesday from 6pm - 6am. (80 hours every 2 weeks)
• Patients per day: To be determined
• Practice Setting: Correctional Facility
• Scope: Primary care; Emergency medicine background/experience preferred
• State Licensure: Must have an active Pennsylvania license
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days, however, the provider may be able to work while being credentialed.
