Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Family Medicine NP or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support at a correctional facility near Pittsburgh, PA. Start ASAP with night shifts: Thursday–Saturday 6pm–6am and every other Wednesday 6pm–6am (80 hours every 2 weeks).

Active Pennsylvania license required. Credentialing takes 60–90 days, with the possibility to work while credentialed. Pay rate $72.75–$78.75 per hour; malpractice insurance and travel, lodging, and transportation support provided.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania medical license
• 60–90 day credentialing timeline; may work during credentialing
• Schedule: night shifts Thu–Sat 6pm–6am and every other Wed 6pm–6am (80 hours/2 weeks)
• Primary care focus; emergency medicine background preferred

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Thursday – Saturday, 6pm – 6am and every other Wednesday from 6pm - 6am. (80 hours every 2 weeks)
• Patients per day: To be determined
• Practice Setting: Correctional Facility
• Scope: Primary care; Emergency medicine background/experience preferred
• State Licensure: Must have an active Pennsylvania license
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days, however, the provider may be able to work while being credentialed.
