Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage in a busy outpatient clinic in Michigan. The role is full‑time, five 8‑hour shifts per week, with start ASAP. Epic EMR and onboarding training are provided. Board certification and BLS are required.

Expect about 18–20 patient encounters per day with adult and geriatric cases. AMN offers malpractice insurance arrangements and travel accommodations for contractor providers.

Qualifications

• Board certification in family medicine or related field.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience in outpatient primary care is a plus.
