Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage in California. Start date ASAP; shifts are Day 8-hour blocks, with 40 hours every two weeks, 8am-5pm.

Work in an outpatient primary care clinic seeing 20-24 patients daily. Active California license required; credentialing in about 90 days. Competitive pay and malpractice insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Active California license required for NP/PA.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Manage a patient panel with 20-24 patients per day.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with supervising physicians as needed.
