Lubbock Family Medicine in Lubbock, TX seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team in a busy family practice. This leadership role combines patient care with operations management to keep the office running efficiently.

You will supervise nurses and medical staff, participate in hiring and onboarding, monitor performance, conduct quality initiatives, and step in for direct patient care when necessary.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in family practice, primary care, internal medicine, or outpatient clinic preferred.
• Nursing leadership, charge nurse, supervisor, or nurse manager experience preferred.
• Ability to lead staff, manage processes, and drive quality improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and daily supervision of nurses, LVNs, medical assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments for new clinical employees.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with clinic expectations.
• Assist with clinical audits, documentation reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to join our growing Family Practice team.
