Job summary

Vista Community Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in our Fallbrook clinic. Under supervision, you will perform preventive care, immunizations, exams, patient education and prescribing within your scope of training.

You will document notes and coordinate with the care team to support patient outcomes. Minimum one year in ambulatory care, California NP certification and CPR/BLS for all ages are required.

Qualifications

• MSN in Nurse Practitioner Studies and licensed NP.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with current credentials.
• CPR certification including BLS for child, infant, and adult.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services under Site Director supervision.
• Perform immunizations, exams, health education and prescribing within scope.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality per federal guidelines.
