Job summary

Vista Community Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in an ambulatory setting. Under the Site Director, you will deliver preventive care, immunizations, and treatment, while coordinating with physicians and the health care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires a MS in NP studies, California NP certification, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of ambulatory care experience.

Qualifications

• MS in Nurse Practitioner Studies.
• Current NP certification from a certified program.
• CPR Certification including BLS for Child, Infant, Adult.
• Minimum 1 year experience in ambulatory care.
• Valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients under Site Director supervision.
• Perform preventive care, immunizations, health education and prescribed treatments.
• Order/interpret labs and imaging; make referrals to physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per federal guidelines.
