Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) seeks a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time Family Medicine Provider Float role. Home base at UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street, with travel within a 30-mile radius to Greene and Clinton Street centers.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with Family Medicine scope.
• Active New York State RN license and applicable NP/PA licenses.
• Ability to cover patient panels during provider absence and perform telemedicine visits when needed.

Responsibilities

• Cover providers' patient panels during disability, FMLA, or vacation.
• Perform acute telemedicine visits from the home base practice within a 30-mile radius.
