Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Possession of an NPI (National Provider Identification) number.
- ANCC or AANP certification.
- Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse License.
- Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license and certification.
- CPR certification within one week of hire and maintained during employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide general medical care and treatment to patients under physician direction.
- Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures per physician guidelines.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify clinical problems and health needs.
- Record physical findings and formulate care plan and prognosis.
- Discuss cases with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plans.
- Refer patients to physicians or specialists as needed.
