Qualifications

• PA/NP credentials: APRN or NP with Maine State Board licensure
• Direct clinical PA/NP experience strongly preferred
• Team-based care and collaboration with care management, psychiatric NP, and social worker

Responsibilities

• Provide team-based care in collaboration with practice staff and other clinicians
• Manage daily patient care including new patient visits, care transitions, and acute visits
• Assist triage team with clinical questions and concerns
• Support medical staff with patient care tasks
