Job summary
Bahia Family Medical Group in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. The role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing essential patient care alongside physicians and healthcare professionals.
You will examine patients, develop treatment plans, educate on health maintenance, and ensure accurate documentation using our EHR system. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- NP/ MSN or advanced practitioner degree required.
- Current NP CA License with Board Certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with EHR and MS Office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
