Family Health Centers of San Diego in Chula Vista is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will provide culturally competent medical services to a diverse patient population and participate in routine exams, screenings, and diagnostics.

The position offers a competitive salary range ($165,000–$195,000), a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $50,000 in annual incentives, CME funds, loan repayment eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and a 50%

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in outpatient settings in California
• Current unrestricted license to practice in California (NP or PA) and DEA license
• Healthcare provider CPR (BLS) or ACLS/ATLS/ART certification
• Experience with underserved or homeless populations preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide quality medical services to a diverse patient population
• Perform routine exams, procedures and screenings
• Order and interpret labs, imaging and point-of-care tests
• Maintain EMR documentation in accordance with standards
• Participate in administrative duties and on-call schedule
