Qualifications

• Confident aligning with family preferences and planning menus, grocery shopping, and preparing multiple dinners weekly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable around three active school-age children and occasional childcare coverage.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed for approved driving.
• Comfortable around dogs and able to assist with pet care.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment; vaccinations (COVID-19 and flu) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning and preparing approximately five family dinners per week.
• Create balanced weekly menus with fresh ingredients and variety.
• Manage grocery lists, shopping, and inventory independently.
• Prepare meals using various methods and ensure meals are ready to serve with minimal finishing.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and monitor pantry/refrigerator to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with family on preferences, feedback, and day-to-day meal execution.
• Oversee daily household resets, organizational systems, laundry, and rotation of linens.
• Manage errands, inventory, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Provide occasional short childcare coverage and supervise children when needed.
• Support pet care for the Australian Mountain Doodle and assist with related tasks.
