Job summary

Greenspoon Marder LLP in Orlando, FL seeks a Family Law Paralegal to support the Family Law practice by managing information and aiding in the delivery of legal services, including client interactions. This role requires a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a high-volume environment.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, including handling financial documents; associate degree or paralegal certificate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience, including reading and organizing financial documents such as tax returns and bank statements.
• Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bill and enter own time daily.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, notices, discovery and subpoenas.
• Input information into various file databases and maintain client files.
• Review discovery documents and prepare summaries; ensure compliance.
• Maintain calendars, coordinate mediations, hearings and trials.
• Assist with client invoices and payments; support attorney preparation for meetings and filings.
