Qualifications

• Experience in family law and FRP certification required.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and empathy.
• Demonstrated organization and attention to detail across multiple files.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional demeanor.
• Capable of working independently while coordinating with attorneys.
• Resilience handling emotionally charged family law matters.
• Comfort with in-office collaboration and team-based problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Case management of a high-volume family law docket independently.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
• Keep case files organized and audit-ready for easy access.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely compliance with court rules.
• Prepare attorneys for hearings and mediations, including exhibit prep.
• Maintain professional client communications with empathy and discretion.
• Ensure adherence to procedural rules and court requirements.
