Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Paralegal to join our 70+ firm of prestigious Family Law Experts in Southern California. You will assist attorneys with divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division, drafting motions and settlement agreements, and coordinating discovery.

The role requires 2–5 years of family law paralegal experience, strong legal terminology knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research software. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years+ of experience as a family law paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and legal terminology.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
