Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must live in the Dallas metroplex or be willing to commute to Dallas.
• At least 1 year of courtroom and civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling divorce or child custody matters a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases.
• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to move files through civil litigation.
• Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed.
