Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in litigation support or paralegal work.
• Demonstrated tech literacy with legal workflows.
• Familiarity with local Texas counties (Harris, Travis, Dallas) is a plus.
• Understanding of Texas family law case structure is a plus.
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication; resourceful and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Perform support tasks on family law cases across the state, including divorces and enforcements.
• Maintain and organize complex digital client files.
• E-file pleadings and assist with scheduling.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Coordinate with clerks to retrieve documents, set hearings, and collect status updates.
• Prepare digital and physical trial materials.
• Provide office oversight and oversee daily operations and supplies.
• Assist with reception services and greet clients for meetings.
• Receive mail and deliveries; handle basic clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with basic discovery tasks and document review.
