Job Details

Our client is seeking a Family Law Attorney to support a busy and growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience who is looking to further develop their skills while working closely with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support cases
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements
• Maintain organized case files and ensure efficient case management
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance
• Collaborate with internal team members to support case strategy and execution
• Meet monthly billable hour requirements
