LAINE LAW FIRM PLLC is seeking a Family Attorney to join our practice. You will provide legal counsel, perform research, draft documents, and manage client files. You will handle sensitive matters such as child custody, divorce, and domestic issues while collaborating with staff and senior partners to deliver top-notch service.

Ideal candidates have a JD, ABA membership, and experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, with strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the ABA.
• Ability to represent both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.

Responsabilités

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings.
• Divide marital assets.
• Provide legal counsel with senior associates.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants.
