Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Omaha, Nebraska seeks an associate family law attorney to manage a busy family law caseload from consultation through resolution, working with a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service.

The role requires a J.D., Nebraska license (or ability to obtain), 1+ year in family law or litigation, strong advocacy and communication skills, and a portable book of business is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Nebraska license or ability to become licensed in Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Manage a family law caseload from consultation through resolution.
• Represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, modifications, and other domestic relations matters.
• Advocate for clients in mediations, negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Develop practical legal strategies and deliver outstanding client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Participate in business development, networking, and community involvement to grow the practice.
