• DCS/probate experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad scope of responsibilities, including client intake, case management, and drafting pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, or trial.
• Guide clients with empathy and clarity through every step of the legal process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and resolve complex legal issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
