The role emphasizes client-centered advocacy, timely, high-quality work, and meeting billable hours. It offers a favorable schedule with no nights or weekends required and six weeks of vacation per year, with in-person work location.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Bar License with no bar disciplinary actions.
• At least 3 years of experience in in-court litigation, mediation, and family law.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and talking on the phone.
• Able to travel to Ada and adjacent counties.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients exceptionally well through empathic communication and high-quality written work.
• Meet billable hours and revenue requirements by real-time billing.
• Coordinate with the office manager and team leader to ensure 100% collection for work billed.
• Be 100% responsible for all aspects of your caseload from start to trial.
