• Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington and willingness to get licensed in Idaho.
• 5+ years of family law experience.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

What We Offer

• Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications; for qualified candidates, the salary will range between 85K and 115K with performance and discretionary bonuses, and a contribution of up to 15% of your compensation to our 401(k) plan (without matching contributions).
