Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing.
• 2–7 years of family law litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demanded.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements for court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes.
• Attend hearings and trials and present cases effectively.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the process.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to manage cases efficiently.
