Job summary

The Nagler Group in Woburn, MA seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its boutique practice north of Boston. You will own client relationships and manage a mix of courtroom advocacy, mediations, and case management.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with flexibility to work from home when practical, including after court appearances. A MA bar admission and 5–7+ years of family law experience are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and Massachusetts Bar admission.
• 5–7+ years of family law experience.
• Strong courtroom, mediation, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Experience handling both contested and uncontested family law matters.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload in a small-firm environment.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of contested and uncontested family law matters
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Handle matters involving property division, child custody, and child support
• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with clients
• Take ownership of case strategy, deadlines, and overall case management
• Draft pre- and post-hearing memoranda and other legal documents
• Manage matters and case information within Clio
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff as needed

Schedule: Hybrid | Monday--Friday, 8:30 AM--5:00 PM

Compensation: Up to $140,000, depending on experience

A boutique family law practice north of Boston is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys taking ownership of client relationships and cases while handling a mix of courtroom advocacy, mediations, and case management.

The firm is experiencing continued growth and is looking to add a local attorney who can independently manage matters from intake through resolution and provide clients with thoughtful, responsive representation. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with flexibility to work from home when it makes practical sense, including after court appearances.
