Confidential Employer seeks a California-licensed attorney to lead California family law matters in a Walnut Creek office. The role includes handling divorce, custody, support, and property issues, with exposure to complex financial matters and meaningful client work.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Manage California family law matters from initial strategy through resolution.
• Handle divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, and related domestic matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and other filings.
• Prepare for and participate in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and litigation.
• Counsel clients with clarity, professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and outside professionals when needed.
