Price Benowitz LLP in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to independently manage and lead complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, and protective order cases. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Virginia (required).
• Minimum of 5–8 years of family law experience, including significant courtroom and trial experience.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop case strategies and deliver effective client advocacy.
• Leadership ability and interest in mentoring junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload of family law matters from intake through final resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials before Circuit and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts.
• Provide strategic and compassionate counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior attorneys to ensure high-quality advocacy.
