We are seeking an Associate Attorney who is passionate about family law and client advocacy. Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, etc.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal correspondence
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s attorneys and support staff

Requirements

• A J.D. degree and active bar license in good standing in addition to a UBE score high enough to obtain a Wyoming license
• 2+ years of family law experience
• The ability to travel to Jackson Hole for court appearances and in-person responsibilities if not local. If remote, must live in a city with direct flights to Jackson Hole
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Bonus Experience

• Experience with Clio, AI-powered billing software, and LexisNexis AI
