Job Details

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in court for divorce cases and other family law matters.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct discovery in preparation for court proceedings, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve the case before trial.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in family law with a strong focus on divorce cases.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
