A respected law firm seeks a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This position offers a hybrid work environment and provides opportunities to manage complex family law cases alongside experienced attorneys. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of family law experience and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.

A respected law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its Philadelphia office. This position is well-suited for attorneys who have handled a variety of domestic relations matters, including high-conflict disputes, and are comfortable working in both litigation and negotiation settings. The role offers a hybrid work environment and the chance to work on challenging family law cases alongside experienced practitioners. Recruitment is being conducted on behalf of the firm.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Duties:
Represent clients in matters involving divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child and spousal support, and custody disputes
Draft and negotiate pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including custody hearings and support conferences
Manage case files, conduct discovery, and prepare legal pleadings and motions
Provide legal advice with sensitivity to the emotional aspects of family law issues
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in family law practice
Demonstrated courtroom experience, including hearings and trials
Familiarity with Pennsylvania family law and court procedures
New Jersey family law experience is a plus
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic performance preferred
Certifications:
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)
Admission to the New Jersey Bar (preferred)
Skills:
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage complex and emotionally sensitive client matters
Excellent organizational and case management abilities
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
